These accounts are from visitors who agreed to be named. They mention a particular signature, a bus, or a draft that had to be rewritten. The desk does not collect star ratings.
Minjae Han, paper shop, Jeongeup — guided sitting, January 2026
A customer in Seoul paid for a bulk ream order in SOL on a Thursday afternoon. The first attempt showed a failure. The customer sent a second signature an hour later and wrote that both had "gone through". Minjae could see two long strings and a red label on one of them. He could not tell which payment the shop should enter in the order book.
He booked the Friday sitting and brought both signatures on a torn invoice. Haeun asked him to find the fee payer on each page before they discussed tokens. On both pages the customer was the fee payer. Only the second page showed a token balance change into the shop's token account. The failed page had a log line from the token program and a fee that was already spent. Minjae wrote one sentence for the book: the second signature is the payment; the first is a fee with no delivery.
He still keeps the margin sheet under the counter. He says the hour felt slow at the start, because she would not point, and that the slowness is why he can now open a new payment without booking again for the same kind of transfer.
"I brought the stipend signature and had circled the big token line with my name. Haeun made me find the fee payer before she agreed. I was the recipient. The sender had paid the lamports, and the memo under it was only a note about the month."
