Terms for using the desk and this website.

These terms govern use of the Cognit Meridian website and bookings for Guided Explorer Reading, the Thursday Reading Circle, and Written Transaction Annotation. They were last revised on 1 September 2026.

Acceptance

By sending a booking note, accepting a quoted fee, or taking a seat in the Chilbo-myeon room, you accept these terms. Reading the public pages of the website is open to anyone. A sitting or a commission begins only when the desk confirms it in writing, by email.

The service

Cognit Meridian reads public Solana explorer pages with you or for you. The reading is an educational explanation of fields already visible on those pages: fees, signers, accounts, instructions, logs, slots, and blocks. It is an explanation of a public record. Decisions about money, tax, contracts, and software remain with you and with advisers you choose.

You agree to bring public mainnet or devnet information only. You will not place a seed phrase, private key, or unlocked signing device on the desk or in an email to the desk. If that material appears, the session stops and the refund terms for work already refused on safety grounds apply as a full return of any unused fee.

Intellectual property

The wording of this website, the margin-sheet blanks, and the structure of a written annotation belong to Cognit Meridian. Your own notebook remains yours. A finished annotation is licensed to you for personal or internal work use, including sharing it with a colleague or supervisor named when you commissioned it. You may not resell the annotation as a template. Public chain data shown on an explorer is not owned by the desk. Explorer interfaces remain the property of their operators.

Bookings and conduct

Seats are personal. A circle seat may be transferred to another named person if you tell the desk before the Monday of that week. Guided sittings are held for the person named on the booking. Recording the room requires agreement from every person present, which the desk rarely gives, because other visitors' signatures may be on the table.

Liability

Readings can be wrong about a field, and explorers themselves can lag or label a commitment differently. Cognit Meridian's responsibility is limited to repeating the sitting or revising the annotation once, or refunding the fee for that piece of work where the refund page requires it. The desk is not liable for trading losses, missed payments, tax assessments, or decisions you make after a reading. Nothing on the site raises that limit. Korean law on liability that cannot be waived still applies.

Website use

You may read the pages and send the desk form for a genuine enquiry. You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, or present Cognit Meridian wording as your own reading service. The form posts to a static acknowledgement file used to confirm that the note left your browser; delivery of a human reply happens by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea, including the courts that serve Jeongeup-si, North Jeolla, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another forum.
